FAQ

How much wrapping paper do I need for a box?

Cut a sheet that goes all the way around the box plus an overlap: 2 x (width + height) + 2 inches. The other side should be the box length plus the height, so the ends fold over and meet in the middle.

How many gifts can I wrap with one roll?

Divide the roll area by the paper each gift needs. A 30 in x 15 ft roll is 37.5 sq ft; a shoebox (13 x 8 x 5 in) needs a 28 x 18 in sheet, about 3.5 sq ft, so roughly 10 shoeboxes per roll before waste.
