In Morse code each letter is a pattern of short signals (dots) and long signals (dashes). Type text and get dots and dashes, with a space between letters and a slash (/) between words. Paste Morse code and it is decoded back to text. In auto mode, input made only of dots, dashes, slashes and spaces is treated as Morse. Press Play sound to hear the result as beeps.
Use a slash with spaces around it: .... .. / - .... . .-. . reads as "HI THERE".
... --- ... (three dots, three dashes, three dots). It is a distress signal, not an abbreviation.
